The Magic

This apartment, ideal for 2 to 4 people, features a dining room, a living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a bathroom with a large shower, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (everything you need to prepare meals and breakfasts, including a standard coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto machine), a toilet, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. From your private terrace with outdoor furniture, you can enjoy views of the mountains and the garden. The price for two people is €165, and €40 per additional person (linens and cleaning included, excluding the kitchen). A full breakfast (breakfast basket only, upon request when booking) is available for €18 (€8 for children under 6) per person upon reservation. A security deposit of €200, payable in cash ONLY, is required upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded upon your departure, after an inspection of the property, provided no damage has been found. A cleaning fee of €35 will be charged for stays longer than two nights.
